By accessing or using the Extension or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the Extension or Website.

1. Description of Service

Tech AI-Copilot is an AI-powered helper tool designed for automotive technicians. It provides features such as text diagnostics, VIN decoding, screenshot analysis, and chat history. The Extension uses third-party AI services to generate responses based on the inputs provided by the user.

2. Acceptable Use and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Extension and Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms:

• Technician Responsibility: You acknowledge that Tech AI-Copilot is a support tool and does not replace official OEM service manuals, diagnostic procedures, or dealership guidelines. The technician remains solely responsible for all diagnoses, repairs, and safety procedures.
• No Unauthorized Copying: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Extension, website content, branding, UI designs, or prompt structures, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension.
• Account Security: If you purchase a subscription or sign up for an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

The Extension, Website, and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tech AI-Copilot LLC and its licensors. All rights, title, and interest in and to our intellectual property are reserved.

Any OEM logos, service manual references, or vehicle manufacturer trademarks mentioned or decoded by the Extension are the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with Tech AI-Copilot.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Pricing: Certain features of the Extension require a paid subscription. Pricing details are available on our Website and are subject to change.
• Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for partial periods.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED DIAGNOSTIC SUGGESTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TECH AI-COPILOT LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGE TO VEHICLES OR SHOP EQUIPMENT, MISDIAGNOSIS, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes have been made. Your continued use of the Extension or Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
